Society Assistant Administrator
The American Urological Association (AUA) is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting a Society Assistant Administrator for our Urology Management Services (UMS) department.
This position will coordinate a full range of administrative services to AUA’s subspecialty societies. Services include organizing scientific programs, handling meeting logistics, coordinating marketing and communications, assisting with Board and committee projects and working closely with society leaders. The position participates on staff teams and organizes project timelines.

Senior Manager of Online Strategy & Digital Development
The American Urological Association is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting a Senior Manager of Online Strategy & Digital Development.
As part of the Information & Communications Division, the Senior Manager of Online Strategy & Digital Development is a passionate, innovative big-picture leader who has experience working with digital technology in a highly creative, mission-driven environment. This leader will spearhead the AUA’s digital presence by creating innovative ideas focused on user experience, design, architecture, and accessibility that bridge web, mobile, social, email and digital media to provide solutions and services that are data-driven and follow industry best practices.
The Senior Manager will ensure that the AUA is staying on top of and ahead of the latest digital trends. The job requires playing a leadership role in custom application development and the assessment, acquisition and implementation of enterprise systems at the AUA.
The Senior Manager must lead a team focused on innovation, security, and customer service while collaborating with other departments on all content, communications, marketing, and learning strategies in order to enhance the user experience on all digital platforms. Accordingly, the Senior Manager will engage with the Executive Team on how digital interactions fit into broader organizational activities and be able to articulate digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to internal and external audiences.
