Be a Part of AUA's Future and Get Involved!

Have you ever wondered how you can get more involved in the future of the AUA? Or what goes on "behind the scenes" of the AUA and how your national association conducts its business to serve the needs of urologists every day?

If you answered "yes" and are 1-10 years out of training, you are a prime candidate to apply for the Leadership Program.

The program was established in 2004 to encourage younger members who have demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in furthering developing these skills to become the AUA leaders of tomorrow. Two members are chosen by each section for the program after submitting applications expressing their interest. Graduates of the Leadership Program have reported that this program increased their knowledge of the "inner workings" of the AUA and of advocacy issues that will impact their practices. It also opened up opportunities to serve on AUA committees.
