The American Urological Association and the Urology Care Foundation promote a productive work environment and do not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by an employee, member, vendor or other that discriminates, harasses, disrupts or unreasonably interferes with another's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment.
Employees, members, vendors and others are expected to maintain a productive working environment that is free from discrimination, harassment or disruptive activity. The AUA and the Urology Care Foundation are dedicated to ensuring the fulfillment of this policy, and will take appropriate action to address any violations of this policy.
