Save the Date: AUA Quality Improvement Summit

On Saturday, January 25, 2014, the AUA will host its inaugural Quality Improvement Summit focused on prostate needle biopsy complications. This exciting and informative new initiative is part of the AUA’s effort to strengthen the patient safety and quality improvement resources and education it offers to its members. The Summit will take place at the AUA headquarters in Linthicum, MD.

The focus of the summit is on reducing complications associated with transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) prostate biopsies. The agenda is being finalized and nationally recognized speakers are being secured. Registration for  the summit is free and CME will be available.

For more information about the summit, contact Quality@AUAnet.org. New details about the Summit, including registration information, will be posted on the AUA’s website as they are available.
