The American Urological Association launched the Science and Quality Scholars Program in 2015. This unique program is designed to advance the fields of guidelines, quality and data, and will help residents and fellows develop insight into how the AUA develops and promotes the advancement of evidence-based science.
The Application Deadline for the 2016-2017 Science and Quality Scholars Program has passed. Please check back in July of 2016 for next year's program.
Who is Eligible?
The program is open to all AUA residents in their research year, fellows, and first-year post-graduates. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a strong interest or aptitude for science and quality issues. If the applicant is currently a resident, the scholar's Residency Director must sign-off on and verify that the scholar will be available for the travel and time allotted for the program.
The program runs from July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017.
Additionally, the Scholar has the option to also participate in the activities listed below during the year-long program:
