AUA's support of each society includes:
- complimentary meeting space, logistics and pre-show planning provided by AUA staff
- standard audio visual package for the organization's "annual meeting"
- basic signage for organization's "annual meeting"
- speaker honoraria
- promotion via AUA Annual Meeting publications, website, course and program books
Each society agrees to:
- meet in conjunction with the AUA Annual Meeting and coordinate meeting logistics with AUA staff
- create a separate and distinct society program
- the process of soliciting, reviewing and accepting abstracts will be managed separately by the sub-specialty society
- provide an annual report to the AUA Board of Directors regarding the society's activities
- participate in the AUA Program Committee as requested
- waive registration fees to AUA Annual Meeting attendees for the society's "open" scientific sessions
- provide program information for AUA's Annual Meeting Program and Course Booklet and the on-site Program Book
- adhere to the AUA Disclosure/Conflict of Interest Policy
