Course Description
The Surgical Robot Basic Skills Training Course has been developed and vetted by the AUA Laparoscopy and Robotic Surgery Committee and is anticipated to become the AUA Recommendations for surgeon accreditation for use of the clinical robot nationally. This one day instruction will include inanimate hands-on robotic skills training. This includes the following skill task exercises:
Peg transfer, Robot Docking/Undocking and Instrument Transfer
Prerequisite
Prior to the course, the learner must register and complete Module One of the Intuitive Surgical® online curriculum. Module One takes approximately 90 minutes to complete, including a final examination given at the end of the course. Participants must achieve an 80% passing score on the exam to be able to participate in the AUA Surgical Robot Basic Skills Training course. A printed certificate of completion from Intuitive Surgical® must be submitted before commencement of the Surgical Robot Basic Skills Training Course.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before December 22, 2011 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if you cancel after December 22, 2011.
