Continuing Nursing Education Accreditation
The Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
The Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates is a provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 5556. California licensees retain this certificate for four years after the CE activity is completed. Other states may have different requirements. Please be aware of your state’s procedure.
CME Credit Designation
The AUA designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy
Through July 1, 2008 the cancellation fee is $125. Cancellations received after July 1, 2008 will be refunded minus 50% of the total registration fee paid. No registration fees will be refunded after July 31, 2008. The AUA has the right to cancel this course if a minimum enrollment is not reached by Monday, June 30, 2008. If the AUA cancels this course, registration fees will be refunded in full and notification will be sent by Wednesday, July 2, 2008.
