Section Submission Request for One Course of Choice

The American Urological Association (AUA) offers one course of choice along with one speaker (based on the speaker’s availability) to AUA Sections for its Annual Meetings.

All courses of choice are supported by AUA and are intended for availability to all Section meetings attendees, and part of the Section’s overall program. The Section may not charge a separate registration fee for the chosen course.

AUA will support the individual physician whose course has been chosen and expenses will be paid directly to the physician on submission of an expense report (click here). The allowable expenses, regardless of location of the meeting are as follows:

Non staff transportation – $900.00 (faculty presenter)

Non staff lodging - $675.00 (faculty lodging)

Meals and Entertainment not provided by Section - $195.00

Misc. travel - $232.00

Honoraria - $1500.00

Printing, copying handout materials - $1400.00

Expenses in excess of the stated amount will not be covered by AUA. This information must be disclosed to presenters in letters of invitation.

AUA should be acknowledged in all promotional materials presented to learners.
