Every year from Annual Meeting to Annual Meeting, the program re-starts and every participant begins at zero members recruited. There are four levels of accomplishment including Bronze Microscope, Silver Laparoscope, Gold Resectoscope, and Platinum Cystoscope.

Bronze Microscope Level - Recruited 1-2 Members

Silver Laparoscope Level – Recruited 3-6 Members
