Granulosa Cell Tumor
Adult form:
most common form
presents as testicular mass without endocrine symptoms
Micro: characteristic feature is ring-like or rosette-like arrangement of cells (Call-Exner bodies)
10% metastasize
Juvenile form:
occurs in infants < 6 months of age
may be associated with cytogenetic abnormalities of the Y chromosome and ambiguous genitalia
some tumors may develop in undescended testes
