  • Comedonecrosis – glands with central necrosis (image C).
  • Cribriform glands with central necrosis (image D). (pay attention to necrosis)
  • Particularly the solid sheets can be difficult to distinguish from poorly differentiated urothelial carcinoma (urothelial carcinoma is HMWK+ and p63+ and PSA- and PSAP-).
