Program Description
The purpose of this program is to aid primary care providers in screening, detection and referral of common urological health issues. Topics to be addressed include ED/Hypogonadism and Cardiometabolic Syndrome, Geriatrics in Urology, Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS)/Overactive Bladder (OAB)/ Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), Hypertension: Surgically Correctable Etiologies, Pediatric Urology, Prostate Cancer and Kidney Stone Disease.
Objectives
After attending this course, participants should be able to:
- discuss screening methods, causes and treatment options of erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism and metabolic syndrome
- outline specific urologic conditions in the elderly population
- describe screening methods, identification and treatment options of LUTS, OAB and BPH
- discuss the surgically correctable causes of hypertension
- outline basic pediatric urologic problems and their management including urinary tract infections, enuresis, undescended testis and torsion of the testis
- explain screening, detection, treatment and impact of prostate cancer
- review risk factors, identification, and how to manage kidney stone disease

Parking and Transportation Information for the Georgia World Congress Center, Building A
Parking:
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority operates six surface lots and two parking decks on campus managed by AAA Parking. There are almost 7,000 parking spaces to make visiting the GWCCA convenient for guests.
- Parking rates are $10 for all-day parking. During Atlanta Falcons games and other major events parking costs $15.
- Lots are gated with an attendant on duty during all show/event hours.
- The GWCCA offers a Campus Courtesy Shuttle that provides free shuttle service to attendees from parking lots to the facility and back. The shuttle runs on an as needed basis as determined by the event schedule.

Public Transportation:
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta's public transportation system comprised of a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta. A single $2.50 fare covers one-way bus or train trips, including transfers.
The GWCC Building A is MARTA accessible using the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station (W-1).
