Have the applicant submit an on-line application.

Make sure the applicant lists your name in the referral field along with your AUA ID# (if known) on the application.
Program Rules and Prize Details
The AUA Member Referral Program is an ongoing campaign with prize drawings occurring each year at the AUA Annual Meeting.
Only current AUA members in good standing* are eligible to compete.
To be eligible for the membership referral program prizes a completed AUA membership application with your name listed in the "referred by" field OR a completed hard copy application and referral form listing your name as the member referring the applicant must be received by the AUA's Member Services Department along with all ancillary materials.
Your applicant must be eligible for membership. Applicants can be former members of the AUA who were dropped from membership in 2006 or before. Renewing members do not apply.
Refer as many eligible candidates as you like during the campaign.
If you are a grand, second or third-prize winner, you will receive your prize after the accepted applicant has paid his/her dues.

| Grand Prize - A trip to the 2010 Annual Meeting in San Francisco (includes an airfare, hotel and ground transportation) - up to $1,000 reimbursement |
