QCDR Designation

The AUA Quality (AQUA) Registry is recognized by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). This designation enables Eligible Professionals (EPs) who participate in the AQUA Registry a seamless way to report quality measures to CMS and other private insurers. Utilizing a QCDR provides physicians more options to satisfy all required MIPS categories. At least 1 of the 9 measures submitted must be an outcome measure. Participating physicians will avoid a negative payment adjustment by meeting these reporting requirements.

The approved list of 2016 AQUA Registry QCDR Measures [pdf] is available.

2017 QCDR Measures

The AQUA Registry QCDR will facilitate the submission of the following measures on behalf of its eligible professionals for the 2017 reporting period beginning on January 1, 2017, and will end on December 31, 2017.
