Project Termination and Change of Institution
Any personnel or location changes that occur after the award announcement or during the course of the fellowship must be reported to and approved by the Urology Care Foundation. Unexpended funds in terminated projects will revert to the Urology Care Foundation. Scholarship support will terminate on the date the Mentor or Scholar ceases to work at the research institution, unless advanced permission for transfer has been authorized by the Urology Care Foundation.
The Urology Care Foundation does not discriminate as to age, race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, citizenship or national origin in the employment and promotion of staff or in the selection of participants in the Research Scholars Program.
