AUA2022 – Attendee Info

Attending AUA2022 with your Family?

AUA2022 is family friendly! We are parents too, and we know what it's like to need childcare and other parenting resources especially when you're away from home. Here's what the AUA is offering in New Orleans:

Meeting Access for Children under 18

Everyone who attends AUA2022 must be registered and have a badge. Badges for children are complimentary and available onsite at the registration desk. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will have access to AUA2022 sessions. Guardians are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free session environment. In the interest of safety and injury prevention, children and infants under 18 years of age will not be permitted in the exhibit hall.

Childcare Services

AUA2022 will once again offer CampAUA, a program exclusively designed for guests and family members of registered AUA2022 attendees. Services provided by ACCENT on Children's Arrangements offer a safe and fun environment for children 6 months to 12 years old. Activities include crafts, Wii, story time, and of course quiet time.

Hours of operation are Friday, May 13 through Monday, May 16 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Advanced registration is recommended for safety planning and space limitations. Complete the registration form for CampAUA. If you have any questions related to the care of your child or children, email ACCENT on Children's Arrangements directly at registration@accentoca.com or call 504-524-0188.

COVID-19 safety protocols will be enforced in accordance to the current CDC, State, and local health and safety guidelines. Guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of the AUA.

Nursing Mothers

Private space will be allocated in Lobby B and Lobby H on the first floor for all nursing mothers to ensure comfort and privacy.
