National Cancer Institute's Physician Data Query (PDQ)

The American Urological Association (AUA) and the Urology Care Foundation endorse the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Physician Data Query (PDQ) Project.

The NCI has developed a computerized information database called PDQ. The PDQ database is designed to provide physicians with information about the prognosis and accepted treatment options for specific cancers, active research protocols and institutions and physicians who are experienced in the management of specific cancers.

AUA members who devote a significant amount of their practice to care and treatment of cancer patients may inform NCI that they wish to be listed in the PDQ Directory. PDQ Directory application forms may be obtained by writing to the PDQ Directory Coordinator, Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, 20205. Names may be deleted from the Directory at any time upon request.
