International Residents-in-Training Members
Residents Outside of AUA Section Boundaries
$50/ $75/ $150 Annual Dues Depending on Your Country Classification
The AUA is committed to strengthening our international membership base. We have worked diligently to ensure that AUA membership is within reach to our international residents. As a result, effective 2010, the dues for our International Residents-in-Training (IRIT) members have been stratified to reflect economic conditions in various countries. Based on information from the World Bank, each country will fall into one of three levels – A, B, or C. Each level is given a price for their membership dues and they are:
Level A – $150 per year
Level B – $75 per year
Level C – $50 per year
To find out what your dues will be, locate your country on the chart and you will find the corresponding level next to it.
Residents enrolled in an accredited urology residency training program outside of the United States, Canada, Mexico or Central America are eligible to apply for International Residents-in-Training membership.
The American Urological Association (AUA) has worked to advance urologic education and the highest standards of urologic care worldwide through its exceptional educational offerings, publications and research information. We recognize the special financial circumstances that are encountered during training, which is why we have developed a dues structure based on country classification for our international residents.
