International Members
Practicing Urologists outside of AUA Section Boundaries
There are a few steps that you will have to take to become an AUA International member. Please review the list of requirements below and get started on your path to AUA membership by filling out an online application!
- Complete the entire application and submit the $50 (U.S. dollars) nonrefundable application fee and the AUA annual membership dues payment;
- Submit the following documents in English, typed or printed clearly on letterhead:
- Letter of endorsement from one AUA member attesting to your moral, ethical and professional competence. Click here for a sample template [pdf].
- Letter from the national urological association in your country confirming your membership. Click here for a sample template [pdf]. If your country of residence does not have a national urological association please submit a copy of your curriculum vitae to satisfy this requirement.
Note: The letter from your national urological association may also serve as your endorsement letter as long as the author is an AUA Member and can attest to your moral, ethical and professional competence.
If you have any questions about these items, please contact the AUA Member Services department.
