Official Rules for 2024 AUA Membership Dues Online Renewal Prize Drawing
AUA members who enroll in the automatic dues renewal program or renew their membership online by December 31, 2023 will be entered into a drawing to win an Apple Watch or an early bird registration to the 2024 AUA Annual Meeting.
Eligibility
This drawing is open only to those who pay their 2024 membership dues online and/or sign up for auto renewal and who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of the American Urological Association, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.
Drawing Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 5 and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2023.
How to Enter
- Online entry is inclusive with the purchase of membership renewal and enrollment in Auto Dues at www.AUAnet.org/Renew; or
- Simply pay your 2024 AUA membership dues online and enroll in Auto Dues between September 5, 2023 and December 31, 2023; or

Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be selected by random drawing conducted on January 3, 2024, and the winner will be notified via email by January 10, 2024. AUA shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner's spam, junk email or other security settings, or winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be reached, is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, or fails to acknowledge and claim the prize within 15 days from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. You also agree that AUA, its affiliates, or anyone acting on their behalf will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide and in any media, the winner's name, picture, likeness, voice, statements about the drawing, membership dues renewal, and/or the AUA, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information, for any purposes and without further consultation or compensation.
