  <Biography type="xhtml" UID="90596f3bfc69427f9f79d2727a8feaea" label="Biography" readonly="false" hidden="false" required="false" indexable="false" Height="" CIID="">&lt;p&gt;Dr. Nitin Yerram is an Assistant Professor of Urology at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and serves as Director of Urologic Oncology, Director of Urologic Research, and Assistant Program Director of the Urology Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. He specializes in the surgical management of cancers of the prostate, kidney, and bladder, with expertise in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dr. Yerram earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his residency in urologic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dr. Yerram&amp;rsquo;s clinical and research interests focus on precision diagnostics and novel therapeutics in prostate and bladder cancer. He currently leads multiple investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials in prostate and bladder cancer and has published extensively in the field of urologic oncology.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As an AUA/SBU Exchange Scholar, Dr. Yerram will attend the 2026 SBU Paulista Congress and observe at an academic center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.&lt;/p&gt;</Biography>
