  <Biography type="xhtml" UID="90596f3bfc69427f9f79d2727a8feaea" label="Biography" readonly="false" hidden="false" required="false" indexable="false" Height="" CIID="">&lt;p&gt;Dr. Brian Inouye is an Associate Professor of Urology and Associate Residency Program Director at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He is fellowship trained in reconstructive urology and genitourinary cancer survivorship. Dr. Inouye earned his MD degree in 2013 from Stony Brook School of Medicine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dr. Inouye&amp;rsquo;s research focuses on the mechanisms and natural history of pathology within reconstructive urology and genitourinary cancer survivorship. During his urology residency training, he was awarded the Urology Care Foundation Resident Research Award.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dr. Inouye is a member of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS), where he currently serves as Chair of the Young GURS Committee, and a selected member of the Trauma and Urologic Reconstructive Network of Surgeons (TURNS), a multi‑institutional collaborative advancing large‑scale research in reconstructive urology.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As part of the AUA/JUA Exchange Scholar Program, Dr. Inouye will attend the 2026 JUA Congress in Kyoto, Japan and observe at the National Defense Medical College.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</Biography>
