This requires interventional radiologists trained in both general angiographic, microcatheter, and embolic techniques as well as fundamental angiographic knowledge of pelvic vasculature in order to identify vesicle, rectal, and penile arteries to prevent non-target embolization and optimize bilateral PAE.&lt;/p&gt;</DiscussionBody>
