<p>The Panel strongly recommends against the use of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other agents not FDA approved for use in the nmCRPC setting. There is a lack of evidence suggesting benefit, and these agents, like any medication, have associated toxicity. The combination of no known benefit with known and potentially serious harms supports the decision to recommend against use of these agents in men with nmCRPC.</p>
