Exhibitor Badge Policy

1. Each exhibiting company is allotted five complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space rented. Any badges 6-10 over allotment will be charged $150 each, badges 11-15 will be charged $680 each per additional badge, Badges 16+ will be charged $1,500 each
2. The exhibitor badge admits Exhibitors into all Plenary, Podium and Poster Sessions, as well as any non-fee Courses and educational programs at the Annual Meeting. Registration for AUA Courses is available to Exhibitors for a fee. Registration fees will apply to Instructional (IC) Courses.
3. Exhibitors sponsoring Science & Technology Hall educational events such as Industry Clinical Update Theater programs, Skills Workshops, Skills Challenge, and any other non-CME educational sessions will be allotted an additional ten badges.
4. ExpoSuites are entitled to 10 exhibit badges for the 200 ft² size and 20 badges for the 400 ft² size.
5. Each exhibitor is entitled to one free reprint of his or her badge (due to lost badge; not due to name changes, misspellings, etc.).
