As the American population ages, aging-associated increases in systemic inflammation, immune system dysfunction, and hormonal imbalances adversely affect lower urinary tract health and function. The studies presented in this symposium will clarify these processes and propose new therapeutic approaches for addressing them to achieve lower urinary tract health and function.

This premier event for urology researchers at the AUA Annual Meeting is comprised of an award recognition ceremony, networking reception, and scientific poster session for UCF-funded grantees.
