Beyond the Booth

Our featured opportunities for AUA2026 are focused on how our Annual Meeting supporters can bring their innovative research and education to our attendees in the most efficient and highly visible way possible. These opportunities work in concert with our advertising opportunities and are designed to help publicize your program and widen your reach. Education in the Science & Technology Hall

Product Theaters
The Product Theater is the premier venue for industry to hold non-CME programming regarding new products and services and the latest in data and research findings.

Skills Challenge
This opportunity will help drive traffic to your booth with an entertaining, dynamic “Top Gun” surgical skills challenge! Sponsor companies will develop a surgical task to be performed in their booths that can be timed or scored; attendees will be directed via the promotional plan to visit each of the sponsor exhibit booths to complete the challenge task. The AUA will provide a leaderboard to show the best ranking competitors for each sponsor and give prizes to the highest scorers of each challenge.

Bioskills Labs
Create your own hands-on education program featuring your latest technology in these one or two hour sessions on the Science & Technology Hall! These innovative programs are held in a well-equipped mobile lab on the show floor - fully turn-key. Develop your program today!

Skills Enhancement Workshops
Reach your targeted audience with industry-supported education. The AUA offers "Skills Enhancement Workshops" that provide attendees with hands-on education in the Science & Technology Hall. Each supporting company will own one day of programming on topics of your choice. For each supporting company, the AUA will provide a 30’ x 30’ workshop, plus a 10' x 30' storage space, in a Skills Workshop area of the Science & Technology Hall. Each constructed workshop will feature highly visible program signage and incorporate AUA show branding.

Device Tech Talks
Modeled after Ted Talks, the Device Tech Talk stage is for device companies to give a short promotional pitch and demonstration of their product. Each company will have 20 minutes to showcase their product followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the audience. Companies are limited to two time slots per day.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Attendees like to relax and recharge, so AUA invites them to spend that time on the Science & Technology Hall, enjoying refreshments while exploring and having conversations with our Exhibitors. We encourage Exhibitors to supplement AUA provided food and beverage with their own offerings in their booths, to create a place for attendees to gather and network with you.

Networking Hours

Unopposed S&T Hall hours will be from 11:30 am to 1 pm each day. On Friday, AUA will host our Coffee Break, where we will offer coffee and healthy snacks to encourage attendees to visit the Hall.

Looking for a place to have a confidential meeting away from the noise and activity of the S&T Hall? Consider our Business Suites, located in Hall E on Level 2 of the Convention Center. 100, 200 and 400 sf sizes available.
