Once you have completed the application, you will receive an email confirmation that your application was submitted. Once your application is approved by AUA, you will receive another email confirmation. AUA will follow up with an invoice and directions for payment.

What is not included in my Exhibit Fee?
-
Floor covering for your booth – this is required. You can either bring your own floor covering or rent from GES Exposition Services, our General Services Contractor. GES ordering information can be found in our Exhibitor Service Kit (coming in November 2025).

Booth furnishings – any furnishings including a table, chairs, a wastebasket, any kind of lighting must be brought in by you or rented from GES.

Electrical power - You must order any electrical power service to be connected to your booth space. You can order power from our Exhibitor Service Kit.

WiFi – there is no WiFi service in the Science & Technology Hall – only in the common areas outside the Hall. You can order WiFi service in our Exhibitor Service Kit.

Lead retrieval – you can purchase a Lead Retrieval system from our Registration Vendor that will allow you to scan attendee badges and collect their contact information. This can be purchased in advance via our Exhibitor Service Kit.

Material handling – if you have any items shipped to your attention at your exhibit booth, there will be a charge to collect the shipment and transport it to your booth. Please see our Rules and Regulations on what can be hand-carried into the exhibition.

Exhibitor Insurance – All exhibitors MUST carry an insurance policy that conforms to AUA’s requirements and submit proof of insurance to AUA. If you don’t have insurance, you can purchase a low-cost policy from our vendor.
Specialty Areas
The Emerging Corner
If you have a new product to introduce to the Urology community, consider joining the Emerging Corner where we feature the cutting edge of Urology! Your Emerging Corner exhibit is a package that consists of 10'x10' carpeted booth space, one (1) 6' draped table and two chairs. Also included are basic electrical, one pre-conference attendee list, 5 complimentary conference registrations, and 2 CompuLead lead retrieval activations.
AUA will promote Emerging Corner exhibitors onsite with signage as well as highlights in our printed exhibitor directory and our meeting mobile app.
Criteria for participation:

You have never exhibited at the AUA’s annual meeting

You have been operating as a business for less than 3 years OR your flagship product in urology has been on the market for less than 1 year
-
Your company has not been acquired or merged with a current or previous AUA exhibitor
Business Suites
A limited number of custom-built meeting rooms are available for rental. Business Suites are available for VIP hospitality, staff meetings, lunches, as a workspace away from your booth, or just a private space to meet. We offer Standard, Select and Premier Business Suites in 100, 200 and 400 square foot sizes. The Standard and Select Business Suites are located in Hall E on Level 2 of the convention center, and the Premier Business Suites are located in the pre-function space outside of the Hall E entrance.

Premier Business Suites are only available in 100 sf size. Premier Suites are located in the Hall E pre-function space and also include custom graphics, prime placement, specialty furniture, and a total of 10 complimentary badges. They are constructed individually (not adjoined).
