AUA2026 – Exhibitors

The AUA Annual Meeting historically welcomes more than 10,000 professional attendees each year, and these attendees fill the Science & Technology Hall to explore the latest technologies in urology.

Each attendee visits the Science & Technology Hall to see the latest innovations for the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases. How do you stand out from the crowd?

Networking

Business Suites

Meeting with KOL’s and other stakeholders is one of the most important features of in-person meetings. There are many ways to maximize this feature of AUA2026, including:

  • Business Suites and Business Suites Premier – Updated for 2026, these are private meeting rooms located in Hall E on Level 2.
  • Business Suites are available in 100, 200 and 400 sf sizes and are located inside Hall E.
  • Business Suites Premier are located in the pre-function space outside of Hall E and are more publicly accessible and visible, and open for branding.
  • NEW: Business Suites are available in Standard and Select prices, based on location.

Unopposed Exhibit Hours and Coffee Break

AUA has added unopposed exhibit hours each day from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. – drive traffic by offering refreshments in your booth! Friday, May 15, AUA will sponsor the opening Coffee Break, which will feature coffee and healthy snacks to refuel after the Plenary Session. This is a great time to offer your own snacks and refreshments while you network with attendees.
