Thursday, May 14

8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday, May 15

6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday, May 16

6:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Sunday, May 17

6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Badge Policy

  1. Each exhibiting company is allotted five complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space rented. Any badges 6-10 over allotment will be charged $310 each, badges 11-15 will be charged $820 each per additional badge, Badges 16+ will be charged $1,550 each.
  2. The exhibitor badge admits Exhibitors into all Plenary, Podium and Poster Sessions, as well as any non-fee Courses and educational programs at the Annual Meeting. Registration for AUA Courses is available to Exhibitors for a fee. Registration fees will apply to Instructional (IC) Courses.
  3. Exhibitors sponsoring Product Theaters, Skills Workshops, Bioskills Labs, Bioskills Trailers, or Skills Challenges, will be allotted an additional ten badges.
  4. Business Suites are entitled to 5 exhibit badges for 100 sq. ft, 10 for a 200 sq. ft. size, and 20 badges for the 400 sq. ft. size. Premier Business Suites are entitled to 10 exhibit badges each.
  5. Each exhibitor is entitled to one free reprint of his or her badge (due to lost badge; not due to name changes, misspellings, etc.).
