AUA2026 Meeting Request Form
Please take a few minutes to indicate space requirements, confirm any changes, and acknowledge the AUA2026 Society Meeting Agreement by completing the following Meeting Request Form by Friday, October 13, 2025. AUA staff will provide meeting space request approvals in December 2025. Specific room assignments will not be provided until January 2026.
Meeting and foyer space are limited for 2026. Requests for multiple rooms and/or foyer space are subject to availability.
Administrative fees will be assessed for all ancillary events as follows: $350.00 per event.
- The fee will be billed once AUA confirms that there is adequate space for your society ancillary event. You will receive a confirmation email that space is available for your event, along with an invoice to be paid within 30 days. If payment is not made by the due date, the meeting space may be withdrawn. You will not be charged if event space is not available. The administrative fee to AUA is not a deposit toward venue costs which may include food and beverage, and/or audio-visual costs.
