Beyond the Booth

AUA offers sponsorship opportunities on a first right of refusal basis for existing sponsors. Check back in September 2026 for available opportunities.

Our featured opportunities for AUA2027 are focused on how our Annual Meeting supporters can bring innovative research and education to our attendees. In addition to our branding sponsorships, we offer opportunities that provide cutting edge industry-sponsored education.

Education in the Science & Technology Hall

Product Theaters
The Product Theater is the premier venue for industry to hold non-CME programming regarding new products and services and the latest in data and research findings.

Skills Challenge
This opportunity will help drive traffic to your booth with an entertaining, dynamic “Top Gun” surgical skills challenge! Sponsor companies will develop a surgical task to be performed in their booths that can be timed or scored; attendees will be directed via the promotional plan to visit each of the sponsor exhibit booths to complete the challenge task. The AUA will provide a leaderboard to show the best ranking competitors for each sponsor and give prizes to the highest scorers of each challenge.

Hands-on Workshops
Host your own hands-on training sessions on the S&T Hall with our Hands-on Workshops. Located in our Hands-on Training Pavilion, Hands-on Workshop sessions provide a platform for your innovative surgical education and demonstrations, free to attendees. Develop your program today!

Device Tech Talks
Modeled after Ted Talks, the Device Tech Talk stage is for device companies to give a short promotional pitch and demonstration of their product. Each company will have 20 minutes to showcase their product followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the audience. Companies are limited to two time slots per day.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Attendees like to relax and recharge, so AUA invites them to spend that time on the Science & Technology Hall, enjoying refreshments while exploring and having conversations with our Exhibitors. We encourage Exhibitors to supplement AUA provided food and beverage with their own offerings in their booths, to create a place for attendees to gather and network with you.

Networking Hours

Unopposed S&T Hall hours will be from 11:30 am to 1 pm each day.

Looking for a place to have a confidential meeting away from the noise and activity of the S&T Hall? Consider our Business Suites, located in Hall H in the Convention Center. 100, 200 and 400 sf sizes available.
