December 8, 2023 – Submit the preliminary program and CME Application
February 16, 2024 – Provide the final program with all faculty confirmed
February 23, 2024 – Ensure all individuals in a position to control the content complete the Faculty Agreement and AUA Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure
February 23, 2024 – Provide AUA with final requirements for tabletop exhibits, if any, for pre-approved placement
March 22, 2024 – Ensure submission of all speaker presentations and/or COI attestations requested by the COI Review Work Group
April 5, 2024 – Provide AUA with a fully executed Letter of Agreement (LOA) if commercial support is received
May 26, 2024 – Provide AUA with a reconciliation of any grant allocations, if applicable

Electronic Signature *

AUA Staff will review your CME Application, preliminary scientific program, and faculty COI disclosures. Changes may be required before approval. Once approved, you will receive an email from the AUA Office of Education with the approved credit hours and accreditation language.

The Accreditation Statement and Credit Designation Statement must be used in all promotion of your program except for save the date notices and social media.
NOTICE – Advancement in the accreditation process cannot be made until all participating faculty have completed their COI disclosure. Approved credit hours may change as result of any of the following:

Changes to your program.
Non-compliance by faculty to complete their COI Disclosures, faculty agreements, attestation forms or provide their presentation for peer review by the requested due dates.
