AUA2026 – Exhibitors

By signing the 2026 AUA Annual Meeting (AUA2026) Application and Contract for Exhibit Space (Contract), Exhibitors agree to abide by all requirements of the Terms, Conditions and Rules (Terms) of the Contract, Exhibitor Prospectus (Prospectus), Exhibitor Rules and Regulations (Rules) enclosed herewith and any regulations for exhibits by The Walter E. Washington Convention Center (WEWCC) for the 2026 AUA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, over the dates of May 15-18, 2026 (Show). Exhibitors must at all times have one or more responsible individuals present in their booth who are knowledgeable about the Contract Terms, Exhibitor Prospectus, Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center Exhibition Regulations to ensure compliance. The signer of the Contract also agrees to share the Terms, Prospectus and Rules, enclosed herewith, with all representatives who will staff the exhibit space in Washington, DC.

All requirements of the Terms, Prospectus, and Rules will be enforced without exception. Any violations of these exhibit requirements will be addressed by AUA Show Management (Show Management).

2026 Change Log to the Rules

Exhibitor Space Assignment Policy Changes

* Priority Points policy changed for 2027 placement

* Space assignments to take place after AUA2026

* Badges are required to access the Business Suites Hall but does not grant 1 hour early access

Booth Activity Policy and Procedure Changes

* Any vehicles brought into the S&T Hall as part of a exhibit must procure a Vehicles on Display Permit through the Water E. Washington Convention Center. This includes any trailers or mobile labs.

* Decibel limits dropped from 80 to 55 dB's due to WEWCC's Exhibitor Rules.

Booth Design and Construction Changes

* Exclusive vendors have been updated for Washington, DC

* Column Guidance has been removed

* EAC's must submit their insurance to GES through the Exhibitor Service Kit

* All EAC's must be in good standing with the WEWCC's EAC program

Sponsorships and Promotions Changes

* Licensing Information has been updated
