AUA2026 – Nanny’s & Granny’s Childcare Voucher

The AUA is happy to provide discounted childcare provided by The Nanny Network, exclusively designed for guests and family members of registered AUA2026 attendees. The AUA is offering vouchers worth $150 per day towards their "Hotel Sitter" childcare service. A voucher may be used for up to 4 days, for a maximum value of $600. Please note that The Nanny Network requires their caregivers to be scheduled for a 4 hour minimum.

As an insured, full-service agency and proud member of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA), The Nanny Network provides families with peace of mind by connecting them with exceptional caregivers who have passed their rigorous 8-step vetting process. All caregivers are background checked and professionally screened. A caregiver from The Nanny Network will come to your hotel room to watch your children. Caregivers may care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. More than (1) child may incur additional fees. Caregivers may arrive with age-appropriate activities upon request. Caregivers may take children to places such as museums, shows, or to the pool (at the parent's own expense and request). Upon booking with The Nanny Network, parents will be paired with a caregiver through a personalized matching process. Parents will receive a call from the caregiver to introduce themselves and confirm details.

Advanced registration is highly recommended for safety planning and quantity limitations. If you do not sign up in advance, it is not guaranteed that service will be available.

Pricing

Hotel Sitter service rate/hour for one child: $50/hour

*Please note that The Nanny Network requires their caregivers to be scheduled for a 4-hour minimum.

*Additional fees may apply for additional children and/or services. Fees including but not limited to hotel parking or cancellation fees are at the expense of the family and will not be paid by the AUA.

  2. Select the "Hotel Sitter" and "Personal Account" options.

  4. Select the "Book care" option on the left-hand menu.

  5. Select the "Short-Term Care" option.

  7. IMPORTANT: Put the code "UROLOGY2026" in the "Anything we should know?" section, along with any other information you would like to include. If you do not put the code "UROLOGY2026" in the "Anything we should know?" section, you will NOT receive the voucher.

  8. Complete billing information as prompted.
  9. Proceed with registration as instructed on the website and submit your request. Please note that the price estimate provided on the website does not reflect the $150/day voucher. A confirmation email with updated pricing and additional information will be sent after you submit your request.

Important Details

By signing up for The Nanny Network's services using the discounted AUA2026 voucher rate, you understand and agree to the following:

  • Vouchers do not cover the total cost of childcare; families are responsible for paying the remaining balance.
  • Vouchers for The Nanny Network's childcare services is exclusively for guests and family members attending AUA2026. Registration will be verified upon signup.
  • Vouchers may only be used between the dates of Thursday, May 14, 2026 – Monday, May 18, 2026.
  • Vouchers are only redeemable for The Nanny Network’s “Hotel Sitter” service, no other services apply.
  • Voucher value may not exceed $150/day.
  • Daily vouchers are limited to up to (4) per family. If a voucher is used for less than (4) days, unused value may not be redeemed.
  • Caregivers may care for (1) child at once. Additional fees may apply if children exceed that amount.
  • Any costs incurred above the $150 daily voucher subsidy (including but not limited to hourly rates exceeding the voucher, agency fees, or parking fees, if applicable) will be billed directly to the attendee and is not to be paid by AUA.
  • If childcare is cancelled before service is provided, AUA is not responsible for paying the remaining balance and/or fees and the voucher is considered void.
  • Availability is not guaranteed, as caregiver availability is limited.
  • The AUA may choose to revoke or cancel vouchers upon its own discretion and without notice.
