AUA2024 – Exhibitors

All ExpoSuites are located on the perimeter of the Science & Technology Hall. Your ExpoSuite will provide the privacy of a hotel suite without the challenging transportation logistics. Your staff will have access to your ExpoSuite one hour before the Science & Technology Hall opens.

ExpoSuites are available in 3 standard sizes – 10’x10’, 10’x20’, and 20’x20’.  Each size comes with its own set of included items, including furnishing, electrical, and an exhibitor badge allotment. Also included is a 22”x28” sign to identify your ExpoSuite.

A/V, electrical (other than specified in the Standard Setup), furniture, food and beverage, and other exhibitor services are available but are not included in the Standard Setup. ExpoSuite sponsors are required to comply with the same regulations regarding use of vendors as other AUA exhibitors. A list of vendors is available in the Exhibitor Service Manual provided by GES on www.AUAnet.org/2024
