AUA2024 – Exhibitors

The AUA Annual Meeting is the premier venue for industry to showcase innovative research and technology. For AUA attendees, industry sponsored programming is the most efficient and effective way to stay in-the-know regarding the latest urologic surgery techniques, devices, drugs and innovations. Industry-sponsored programming is a fundamental element of the AUA's mission to promote the highest standards of clinical care through education and research.

Explore our complete list of opportunities here and learn more below.

Skills Challenge

This opportunity will help drive traffic to your booth with an entertaining, dynamic "Top Gun" surgical skills challenge! Attendees will visit your booth to complete your task and get on the leaderboard!

Skills Enhancement Workshop

The AUA offers Skills Enhancement Workshops for sponsorship by day in the topic area of your choice. The objective of the space is to provide hands-on industry-supported education in the Science & Technology Hall.

NEW! Bioskills Labs

New in 2024, the AUA is bringing a fully equipped mobile training unit onto the show floor!

Similar to Skills Enhancement Workshops, you’ll have the chance to utilize the lab in two hour increments in order to introduce your latest innovations and offer attendees the opportunity to experience and test products under expert guidance.

Device Tech Talk

The Device Tech Talk stage made its debut in Chicago in 2023. The attendee engagement was overwhelming and we’re excited to bring it back bigger and better for 2024! Modeled after Ted Talks, the Device Tech Talk stage is for device companies to give a short promotional pitch and demonstration of their product. Each company will have 20 minutes to showcase their product followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the audience.

Product Theaters

Product Theaters are the premier venue for industry to hold non-CME educational programming regarding new products and services and the latest in data and research findings. A limited number of 45-minute timeslots will be available. These events are heavily promoted by the AUA and open to all AUA2024 attendees. CME programming is prohibited in the Product Theaters.
