To assist with planning, additional resources and CME reference materials are available on the AUA Society Hub. Please note the following key due dates for all programs and events. Additional deadlines and requirements apply for CME programs.

Groups will receive a link to AUA's Society Hub and Meeting Request Form.

10/20/2023 Society’s meeting space updates and signed Request Form due to AUA.
12/5/2023 AUA2024 Website and Registration goes live.
1/19/2024 Mini-marketing kit materials available on Society Hub.
1/31/2024 AUA sends Societies meeting space confirmations and drawings for approval.
2/23/2024 Society’s signed meeting space confirmations due to AUA.
3/29/2024 Society releases any unused meeting space back to AUA.
Deadline for changes: All changes/additions after this date must be directed to the venue or vendor. Please be aware that any changes/additions made after this date might be subject to fees.
Society AV orders finalized with FREEMAN AV (25% late fee afterwards).
Catering orders due at HBG Convention Center
