Urology Care Foundation President

Applications are now being accepting for the next President of The Urology Care Foundation (UCF), the official foundation of the American Urological Association. The Urology Care Foundation is the world's leading nonprofit urological health foundation—and the official foundation of the American Urological Association. Since 1987, UCF has partnered with physicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, families and the public to support and improve the prevention, detection and treatment of urological diseases. The Foundation serves as a trusted leader in providing high-quality clinical and patient education, advancing scientific discovery, and supporting compassionate care efforts globally.

The President of the Urology Care Foundation leads the Board of Directors and plays a central role in advancing the Foundation’s mission through strategic and philanthropic leadership. The President serves as a highly visible ambassador for the Foundation, acting as the voice for the UCF mission and work, inspiring philanthropic investment, cultivating donor relationships, and supporting UCF’s global impact.

The ideal candidate should be an AUA member or a member of the broader urologic community with a demonstrated commitment to the advancement of the UCF Mission. The UCF President is a paid consultant to the AUA Board of Directors, its officers and staff, and specifically to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Communications, Publications & Member Engagement, as well as the Vice President/Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation.

The individual selected will serve a three-year compensated term as Urology Care Foundation President from January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2029. This position is eligible to be extended for a second term through 2032.
