Advanced Practice Provider Membership Eligibility and Requirements
Eligible applicants for Advanced Practice Provider Membership must be:
- a Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) currently practicing in urology or
- an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) (including nurse practitioners and nurse specialists) currently practicing in urology
A copy of your professional license(s) and a $50 application fee are required as part of the application.
