AUA Seeking Reviews on the New Draft of Guideline on Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma
The AUA is providing members and other interested parties the opportunity to review and provide comments on the draft guideline on Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC). The draft will be available for review in late December 2022. The deadline to request the guideline is Friday, December 2, 2022.
The recommendations discussed in this guideline are for the management of clinically localized prostate cancer providing a framework stratified by risk to facilitate care decisions and guide clinicians in the implementation of selected management options.
This Guideline provides a clinical framework for the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment (non-surgical and surgical) of acute ischemic priapism, NIP, recurrent ischemic priapism, and priapism in patients with sickle cell disease. The treatment of patients with a prolonged erection following intracavernosal vasoactive medication is also included.
The purpose of this clinical guideline is to provide a clinical framework for the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS), including a discussion of treatments that should and should not be offered.
