FUTURE in Urology™ Program
AUA's FUTURE in Urology Program is an incubator for pre-clinical and third-year medical students from all demographic backgrounds who are dedicated to increasing the urology workforce and supporting equitable health care.
FUTURE in Urology™ UpSquad Platform
The FUTURE UpSquad Platform is a private online community that allows mentees to connect with volunteer mentors to support their journey to and through urology. The platform creates meaningful opportunities to foster and grow medical students in the urology community and for mentorship and collaboration across the AUA.
The Urology Scientific Mentoring and Research Training (USMART) Program
USMART provides a mechanism for creative interactions across the AUA, between fifteen early-career mentees and established physician, physician-scientist, and researcher mentors. This program offers invaluable support, as each mentoring relationship aims to accelerate the mentee’s professional growth, research collaborations, and career-building opportunities beyond their local environment.
