FUTURE in Urology™ Program
AUA's FUTURE in Urology Program is an incubator for pre-clinical and third-year medical students from all demographic backgrounds who are dedicated to increasing the urology workforce and supporting equitable health care.
It is designed to encourage these students to consider a career in urology. It will provide opportunities to network, develop longitudinal relationships, and cultivate diverse interest in our specialty.
Since its inaugural event in conjunction with the AUA's Annual Meeting in April 2023, AUA's FUTURE in Urology Program has hosted several events and brought together hundreds of interested students and mentors from myriad subspecialties, various ages, geographic locations and other demographic groups.
