As an incentive to complete AUA’s Annual Census in 2024, members completing the Census online by September 30, 2024 will be offered the opportunity to enter a drawing to win an electronic gift card ranging in value from $50 to $100.

1. Eligibility: This electronic gift card drawing is open only to those who complete the 2024 Census during the drawing period (or through another method designated in these rules) and who are 21 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of the American Urological Association or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and eligibility is limited to U.S. residents. No purchase is necessary. Void where
   
   
2. Drawing period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about May 3, 2024, and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2024.
   
   
3. How to Enter: a) Complete and submit the 2024 AUA Census during the drawing period. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Census can only be completed two ways, using a computer/laptop or using cell phone or tablet-like device.  Paper copy submissions are not accepted.
   
   
   1. Respondents who complete the Census using any of the available measures are eligible to win a gift card.
      
      
4. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.
   
   
5. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected using the random number drawing function through Excel and conducted on a monthly basis:
   
   
   • The drawing on May 3 and 4 will contain one $50 gift card; June 30 one $50 gift card; July 31 one $50 gift card; August 30 one $50 gift card; and September 30^th one $100 gift.
     
     
6. Winners will be notified via email promptly after selection and no later than October 7, 2024. AUA shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be reached, is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, or fails to acknowledge and claim the prize within 5 business days from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners will be liable for any and all taxes related to their prize.
   
   
7. By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. You also agree that AUA, its affiliates, or anyone acting on their behalf will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide and in any media, the winner’s name, picture, likeness, voice, statements about the drawing, membership dues renewal, and/or the AUA, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information, for any purposes and without further consultation or compensation.
