The Urology Care Foundation (UCF) offers free, evidence-based, patient education materials to both healthcare providers and the general public. We recently added new UCF materials to the AQUA Registry Dashboard’s resource page.

In order to access the AQUA Registry’s resources page, you will need to log into the AQUA Registry Dashboard. From there, click on the question mark located in the upper right hand-side of your screen (See below image). Next, click on “Miscellaneous Topics” followed by “Registry Reference Documents.”

We have added the following educational materials to this section:

Additionally, all of the above materials are available in both English and Spanish. We encourage our participants to visit the resources page, periodically, as additional educational materials will be added throughout the year.
