Sign in to the QPP website using your HARP credentials and select View Feedback to review your organization's results.

Targeted Review Now Open

The 2025 Targeted Review period is now available and will remain open for approximately 60 days. Consider a review if:

• Data were submitted under the wrong TIN or NPI.
• You have Qualifying APM Participant (QP) status.
• Eligible performance categories were not reweighted due to extreme and uncontrollable circumstances.
