2025 flew by and the AQUA Registry has been moving along too! As we reflect on the past year, we would like to share with you some of the milestones we have reached together.
- There are 181 active practices in the AQUA Registry
- There are 2,200+ active providers in the AQUA Registry
- There are 36 states represented in the AQUA Registry
The increased participation in 2025, has enhanced the robustness of the AQUA Registry data, as it now contains:
- There are 13 million unique patients in the AQUA Registry
- There are 111 million unique patient encounters in the AQUA Registry
Additionally, in 2025 the AQUA Registry proudly supported a total of 54 MIPS quality measures, 16 of which were urology specific MIPS quality measures. To learn more about the AQUA Registry, visit us at AUAnet.org/AQUA.
Dates to Remember
December 31, 2025
- 8 p.m. ET — CMS deadline to apply for the 2025 Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances (EUC) and/or Promoting Interoperability (PI) hardship exemptions.
January 31, 2025
- Last day to upload the Health Insurance Claim Form (CMS 1500 Form) and sign the Data Release Consent Forms (DRCF) via the AQUA Registry dashboard.
