April 1 – November 30, 2026
- 2026 MVP registration window.
- To register, sign into the QPP website with your HCQIS Access Roles and Profile system (HARP) account. **NOTE: A HARP account is required to complete registration.**
July 1, 2026
- Deadline to sign-up, or upgrade, to an AQUA Registry MIPS reporting option for 2026.
