The AQUA Registry Has Been Approved as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for the 2024 Reporting Period

For the ninth consecutive year, AUA’s AQUA Registry has been approved, by CMS, as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). For the 2024 reporting year, the AQUA Registry will offer a total of 58 quality measures. This includes 8 Non-QPP, 32 QPP and 16 eCQM (electronic clinical quality) measures. The Registry will also offer 2 quality improvement only measures (QPP113 and CMS130), which cannot be used for 2024 MIPS reporting. The CMS approved measures address conditions such as prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary stones, bladder cancer and urinary incontinence.

Additionally, for the first time ever, the AQUA Registry will be supporting MVP reporting. For the 2024 performance year, we will be supporting the Focusing on Women’s Health AND the Advancing Cancer Care MVPs. The AUA’s decision to offer MVPs was made in order to align our workflows with CMS’ transition from traditional MIPS to MVP reporting.
